In 2017, Ahmed Ali started ‘Sialkot Blood Donation’ with a simple goal: to help people in his hometown of Sialkot. At the time, the organization focused solely on blood donation, addressing the critical need for blood in local hospitals. Ahmed’s vision was clear—to create a system where no one would have to struggle to find blood in times of need.
By 2019, the organization had expanded its operations to Lahore and was renamed ‘SKT Blood Donation.’ This marked a significant milestone in its journey, as it began to serve a larger population. Over time, the organization continued to grow, and today, it operates across Pakistan under the name ‘RT Welfare and Donation,’ named in honor of Rehan Tahir.
